Terms of use

The essentials of trading on Gamer Bari. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for a signed agreement your operator may add.

Accounts

You are responsible for your login and for the accuracy of what you list. Selling requires a verified account.

Payments and the wallet

Funds move through your platform wallet. Deposits are credited after verification; withdrawals are paid after review. Balances cannot be transferred directly between users — settlement runs through the platform.

Admin and disputes

User-to-user account sales are admin-protected. Payment is released to the seller only on your confirmation or an admin’s dispute decision. Opening a dispute freezes the admin until it is resolved.

Commission and fees

The platform deducts a commission from completed sales. Applicable rates are shown at the point of sale.

Prohibited

No fraudulent listings, stolen accounts, chargeback abuse, or attempts to move a trade off-platform to evade admin. Violations may lead to suspension and forfeiture of disputed funds pending review.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be posted to the notice board on your dashboard.
