How admin works
On a user-to-user account sale your money never goes straight to the seller. The platform holds it until you have the account and confirm the handover.
The flow
When you buy a listing, the amount is held from your wallet — not sent to the seller.
You and the seller get a chat tied to the order. The seller sends the account details there.
Log in, check the account is what was listed, and secure it. Take your time.
Once you are satisfied, you release the payment. The seller receives it, minus the platform commission.
If something is wrong
Before you confirm, you can open a dispute from the order. That freezes the admin — neither side can move the money — and an admin reviews the order chat and evidence, then either refunds you or releases to the seller. Read how disputes are handled.
Commission
The platform takes a commission from completed sales, deducted from the seller’s proceeds. On a 1,000 BDT sale at 10%, the seller receives 900 BDT and the platform keeps 100.
What admin does not cover
Top-ups and purchases from admin stock are delivered directly by the platform and are not user-to-user, so they follow their own delivery-and-confirm flow rather than admin.
